Suspect On Run After Armed Robbery Of Hudson Valley Gas Station, Police Say

Police in the Hudson Valley are searching for an armed man who allegedly robbed a gas station at gunpoint and made off with cash.

The incident took place in Dutchess County around 10 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 14 at the Valero Gas Station on Route 55 in LaGrange.

Capt. John Watterson of the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office said a man dressed in black displayed a handgun and then stole cash before running from the area on foot.

At this time no arrest has been made and the investigation is continuing, Watterson said.
